CRMA #4 Students Visit Tumbleweed Day Camp

CRMA #4 students visit Tumbleweed Day Camp.
Alliance College-Ready Middle Academy #4 has a long-standing tradition of stepping out of the city and into the wilderness to Tumbleweed Day Camp. With the goal to educate, evaluate, and expand knowledge and self-awareness students learned about the importance of communication and the power of gratitude. This event provided students with the opportunity to participate in group building activities such as A-frame, marble talk, blindfold trust game, archery and more. Some students leaped off a 50 ft pole in a representation of leaping towards graduation. Among those parents who attended the field trip, one courageous parent jumped off the 50 ft pole. Words cannot describe the smiles, interactions, and laughs that our students had during this unforgettable event.
