On Saturday, September 12, 2015, twenty 6th graders along with five staff members attended a USC Football game at the L.A. Coliseum. Students got to experience their first ever “Kids Tailgate Party,” with live music, USC art tattoos, and learned how to throw and kick a football to become the next future college athlete. During pre-game warm-up, students were treated to fireworks and a fly over of a Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor fighter jet before the start of the game. This was our first kick-off event for our 2015-2016 “I’m Going to College” Tour. Our next event is on Saturday, October 3, 2015 to a UCLA Football game at the Rose Bowl. This event will be for our 7th and 8th grade students.
